Notes for authors
The principal rule is that the author her or himself writes the abstracts to ensure accuracy and to reduce the editor's rather heavy, and mostly voluntary, work. So if you are publishing a paper on a topic within the limits of NAA, we entreat you to write the abstract yourself and send it to your national editor or to the general editor.

Use the Abstract Form and make sure to provide correct bibliographical references: title, publisher, journal or series, pagination, etc. Consult the Subject Index for adequate indexing of your abstract. Chronological codes and subject codes are important for the location of the abstract. Please consult Chronological Keys, Subject Keys and Abbreviations for adequate coding.

All abstracts are reviewed by one or more members of the Editorial Board with respect to their relevance, clarity, etc. and they are finally checked by the linguistic advisor.
